A quick look into what it takes at Front of House to run the show.
There are so many moving parts that you may not think of when it comes to us:
1) A stage director to help design and run your show
2) Our lighting tech (aka L1) that runs the entire show on timecode (MIDI) so one button will trigger the lights, sound, and video
3) Someone to run a teleprompter and also helps keep us on the same page
4) An audio tech (A1) to not only run the mics (and livestream) but also make sure he has music on standby in case we need supplemental audio.
5) For video we also have a camera crew
6) Occassionally we have backline, which is a fancy way of saying someone to run back and forth in case we need to check on something physically. This person may serve as A/V security. Why do we need security? With some pageants, we handle the scores (giving them from the judges to the MC)... we can’t have anyone backstage.
7) If we’re doing video, we also have our videographers.

Our LED walls are so stunning that we rent them out for other events! Our sister company @apremierentertainment sent out our LED wall for a DJ who wanted a festival feel.
Did you know we provide rentals? @brandisbeauties was the official photographer for @sunburstbeauty and asked us to provide lighting. Our team came in, set up the lights and taught Brandi’s team how to set them up so future rentals can be even more affordable as a complete turnkey DIY. This gave Sunburst an incredible look in-person but also allowed Brandi to shoot without a flash. 📸: @brandisbeauties
#mrsusaearth trusted us to design their stage from the ground up including tweaking the walking pattern to create an experience unlike any pageant. At the end of their walk, each delegate got to pose for a truly iconic #silhoutte unlike any other pageant. 📷: Rezanationmedia
We were so happy to provide visuals, drapery, lighting, special effects, and videography for the @missnorthfloridapageant pageant director, Lisa, turned the reigns over to us as we directed the entire show, optimized the script, and helped her elevate her pageant to new depths. It was an incredible experience and we can’t wait to see what we do together next year!!!
