There was always so much going on all over the festival site and not wanting to miss anything, I remember running over to the stage she was playing on and being stopped in my tracks by the power of Patti Smith’s performance. I was taken aback as I had never seen her perform, the strength in her hit me like a bolt. It was hard to leave once I had captured some images and the call of other photographs to be made started to pester my thoughts. Her son is on onstage with her, you can see him just in the corner of the photo.' Whilst this powerful image of Patti is on loan, we all think she has found a home 🤞🏼
