post this place because i really LOVE their poffertjes, coffee, ambience, and the service. produk mereka itu beragam bangeeet! ada makanan prasmanan (indonesian food), pastry & coffee, wine, cakes, fresh flowers sampai stuffs kaya tas dan gelas. aku pesen beberapa menu mereka:
1. poffertjes (35k) – soft and buttery, salah satu poffetjes terenak yg pernah ku coba! meski simple hanya pakai icing sugar & butter, tapi base adonan mereka udah enaaak👍🏻 will be back hanya untuk poffertjes ini sihh
2. iced vanilla roasted latte (48k) – their best seller menu, rasa kopinya ga terlalu strong tapi cukup berasa (kopinya juga bagus karna bisa diterima di lambungku ini ga bikin mules HAHA), hint vanillanya ga terlalu strong dan ga terlalu manis.. jadi cukup enjoyable buat jadi peneman si poffertjes
3. chocolate chip cookies (42k) & pistachio cranberry crookie (45k) – cookies mereka itu tipikal yg soft baked cookies (which i dont really like) dan choco chips mereka lumayan manis sih jadi menurutku rasanya cenderung monoton di manis dan juga kurang texture. kalo crookie mereka was my first and last crookie jadi gabisa compare dengan tempat lain, tapi base cookie pistachio mereka lebih enak dibanding yg choco chips karena lebih rame rasa dari cranberry & texture dari croissant dan pistachionya
4. nasi goreng cakalang – agak random tapi kita beli karna kebetulan kita duduk di depan stand masaknya jadi wangi poool. kita bisa pesen yg pedas tapi ternyata ga terlalu pedes, rasanya lumayan light dan agak kurang asin & gurih menurutku, jujur rasanya kurang memorable but i love the perfect egg
