Kat stepped out of her comfort zone at Mueller's @texasfarmersmarket to try out some zucchini blossoms with a slice of our Award-Winning Muenster! This was an intuitive and spontaneous recipe that we are so grateful she shared:
"I dipped them in a batter of gluten free flour, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, & sparkling water [what a twist! 😮]
Then I fried them in olive oil until they were golden and viola! Topped with drizzled lemon juice & dill which was the perfect bright contrast to the creamy fried goodness going on inside."
Can't wait to try these ourselves!
