Unionized employees at the New Seasons Market Seven Corners location in SE Portland held a picket and temporary work stoppage Wednesday afternoon. Staff there say management has made changes to their working conditions and perks, without using the appropriate labor bargaining process. Not all New Seasons locations are unionized, but members of the New Seasons Labor Union say they've held bargaining sessions with the company for well over a year, but don't yet have a labor contract in place.
