CONTINUE READING⬇️ I was gonna wait to tell everyone the news but this will be the very final @potioncompany show and the final @cameronleementorship quarter in LA as I’ve made the decision to move after 17 amazing years back to Seattle to be closer to family and begin a new chapter in my life. I am so proud of the career I’ve built and this is not goodbye for good as I’ll always come to LA for pop ups and jobs still. I’m just ready to settle down and live a more relaxed laid back lifestyle and to do so closer to my roots especially after losing 3 very close friends over the last few years. Potion showcase auditions this weekend. If interested in the mentorship for the very last quarter hit me up. Showcase August 17th and 18th. September 1st I move back to my hometown to create a new life and begin a new chapter. I’m so grateful to everyone who’s been so supportive. Let’s end with a BANG

This will be our 4th showcase and we have to always come harder than the year before. This year we are switching venues and we will be at @elportaltheatre in north Hollywood on August 18th. This show has been the beginning for so many of your favorite professional dancers and has whooped and shaped them to be ready for this industry. Man I must say, I am soooo soooo proud of my @potioncompany dancers!!! The show was such a success and it’s because of all of their incredibly hard work. I also would like to give myself some love for what I do for our community. This was our 3rd show and I must say that this experience truly shapes the careers of dancers who are currently working or stepping foot into the dance industry. As everyone knows, I’ve done my share of work but my first love is teaching so giving my knowledge back to the next generation is what feeds my soul. Every year that we have done this show dancers careers have taken off. They learned, staged, and cleaned this entire piece in 3 3 hour rehearsals (9 hrs total). They are put on the spot to learn over 10 numbers in 1.5 months, they have to memorize their numbers for spacing, we drill and clean, and learn so much more along the way. It makes me happy to know there are still so many dancers who love this type of training with how much things have changed in our dance world. Certain things will remain timeless and I can definitely say that for my choreography and training. This will ALWAYS be beneficial. I love you all so much from the bottom of my heart. You made this year easy breezy for me and there was zero disrespect or ego that I had to personally deal with which made this a very stress free experience when it came to the dancers.
