On November 8, 2018, the “Camp Fire” erupted near Paradise, CA, and ultimately destroyed over 18,000 structures. After burning for nearly two weeks, the inferno was finally 100% contained on November 25. In the end it was the deadliest, most destructive wildfire in California history with the total damage reaching $16.5 billion.
