Cupuaçu Cheesecake Bites The ideal snack for the sunny days ahead! Creamy, chocolatey & just delicious! Recipe: Base: - 1 cup of oats - 1/2 cup of raisins - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp vanilla extract - water (if needed) Blend all of the ingredients, line the bottom of a muffin baking tray with the mixture. Cupuaçu layer: - 1 packet of our wild-grown cupuaçu purèe - 1/2 cup almonds - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk - sweetener of choice to taste Blend all of the ingredients, pour the mixture onto the pre-lined muffin tray. Place the cheesecake bites in the freezer. In the meantime, melt one bar of @radekschocolate chocolate of choice - we went for Lions Mane Triple Extracted 🌱 Pour the chocolate onto the frozen cheesecake bites. Place them back in the freezer for at least a couple of hours. Take them out of the freezer 20 minutes before enjoying them!

Lion’s Mane chocolate 🤝 mycotoxin and heavy metal free coffee Lion’s Mane is known to have a variety of benefits ranging from enhancing cognitive health, supporting immune function and aiding in digestive health. @radekschocolate contains 2,000mg of Lion’s Mane in each chocolate bar which makes it a great addition to just about anything. While coffee can often be notorious for containing things like mycotoxins and heavy metals @yourexhale is a fantastic Healf certified option for a clean coffee that’s 9x lab tested and can actually boost your overall health. Healthier iced mocha recipe: • Melt 4 square of @radekschocolate • Pour onto plate and place the rim of the glass in the chocolate. Use a spoon to push chocolate onto the glass for a thicker coat. • Add ice, coffee, milk of choice and drizzle with extra chocolate. • For a richer chocolate option add a few extra bars of melted chocolate to the bottom of the glass before adding coffee.
