Ragu opened on 14.04.2014, so there is a special reason to celebrate this year. 🥳
The festive menu includes highlights from our restaurant’s most popular dishes, such as:
Vendace roe from Lake Kitkajärvi, bread pudding, dill crème and white asparagus.
Taleggiospuma, milk brioche, pickled pear and hazelnut
Oxtail ragu, polenta seasoned with pecorino, and caramelized figs
Fried white fish, seafood fregola, celery, and mussel-beurre blanc
24 h braised spring lamb neck, lamb sausage, and smoked fingerling potatoes
