Very happy No Bad Days LLC moment. This is the first buyer to close on a piece of our land. Over one year under contract getting this deal done. No Bad Days LLC has 127 acres in South Princeton.
South Princeton is 16 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Enter dollar tree. To me, when I used to hear Dollar tree, I would think a dollar store, nowadays, dollar tree has a few aisles in certain locations with every day groceries. The people in South Princeton will now have a store to go to get their eggs, bread, lettuce, milk And other non-glamorous but necessary groceries. Along with other items for every week and every day consumables.
The term "you earn it" is spot on in the Land business. It doesn't sound like much, but it feels very good knowing a top 100 retailer bought land on our property and will be building a store that the 5000+ homes in a 3 mile area will use frequently and is much needed.
We have other buyers under contract. Back to work after I celebrate this with a glass of Cab with Panda, a YaYa foot spa visit, and at least 30 minutes of tussling with Lil dude and Sweet! Joyous moment for sure!
