Happy 13th bday to Lil Dude. I got Lil Dude at 8 weeks and named him after my first Boykin spaniel "Dude". A man's best friend might be the most perfect definition of our relationship and so many other guys and their dogs. When you get a puppy at 8 weeks old, and train them to be a bird dog and a good house dog, they seem to mold to you, your schedule, your likes and dislikes, and always are common bond for getting outside and trying to find some birds! I am looking at Lil Dude taking a nap on the couch right now, and I am speechless because of all the memories that are passing through my head that we have been a part of. He is traveled so much with me, probably been on 100 stages, too many bird hunts to count, he has survived a rattlesnake bite, being sprayed by a skunk in Denton, being hit by a car in Tulsa after the band sound check, having four W. Texas thorns in his eye after a Dovehunt, and a pitbull attack. Anytime I come home, he greets me at the door with some type of toy in his mouth. cheers to 13 years old Lil Dude. #nobaddays

Very happy No Bad Days LLC moment. This is the first buyer to close on a piece of our land. Over one year under contract getting this deal done. No Bad Days LLC has 127 acres in South Princeton. South Princeton is 16 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Enter dollar tree. To me, when I used to hear Dollar tree, I would think a dollar store, nowadays, dollar tree has a few aisles in certain locations with every day groceries. The people in South Princeton will now have a store to go to get their eggs, bread, lettuce, milk And other non-glamorous but necessary groceries. Along with other items for every week and every day consumables. The term "you earn it" is spot on in the Land business.
