A big shout out to my client Laura heatly. Laura took 2nd place in three divisions of woman's figure at the O'Mara classic. I couldn't be prouder of an athlete that gave her all to this campaign. Laura Vlaura ( I nicked named her don't know why I just think it has a certain ring to it) has shredded 34 kilos in 14 months to grace the stage looking like an angel that had fallen from the Sky. In my coaching career it would be one of the biggest turn arounds I have ever been involved with. Her meticulous, her fastidious and her cheeky humour made my life so easy. The most important thing to me is that she enjoyed her self and loved the process. Laura had a ball on stage. As a coach you love to see this. Laura Vlaura has beautiful head to toe balance, symmetry and proportion. We will get out the white board now and make plans for next year. Miss Arizona (figure) Amy King Amy and I travelled 16000 kilometres to Phoenix Arizona to have a crack at the Yankees at the Tripple O Dynasty. We wanted to see if we could cut it in this sort of company. Wow we did!! Amy won the tall class figure and won the masters figure.
She missed the overall by a whisker and really an opinion based decision (Really if you like a tall or short girl) I've been kicking Amy's ass for 5 years now and living her dream with her of succeeding in the USA.

For the sheds dream team A big congratulations to my girls on achieving 16 wins in 2023 at Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and South Africa. Amy King ( figure) Renae Malan (physique and body building) Rachel Woods ( figure) Lauren Rose Grant ( bikini and fitness model).
Both Renae and Lauren also won their pro elite cards at the Sydney show. These girls are beautiful humans inside and out and I'm so blessed to have them in my life. Congratulations to Renae Malan, winning the states, the nationals and the universe (Aust) in physique to win her pro elite card over two weekends in Perth and Sydney. Renae travelled from Bunbury to Como once per week and then twice per week in the closing weeks of her prep to train with me. I have the greatest respect for her on that alone. She without doubt is the toughest in the iron industry that I've ever trained. I Took her to places where angels fear to tread!! Knowing also what was under the bonnet. Torture was part of her game! This journey with Renae has been heaps of fun particularly the banter! We are both a pair of clowns by nature! Thankyou Boela ( Renae's terrific husband) for looking after me in Sydney and taking care of the finer details. The support you gave Renae and myself was simply amazing! It was great to be spoilt as a coach. Thankyou my friend!! When Renae become a sheddie 18 months ago she asked me would I be rolling out the red carpet on her arrival? " I said hec no!! Hey sister no one gets the red carpet at the shed as we are all equal! ya gonna have to prove yourself!" Last Sunday we we're at Halls Head beach practising some new posing moves ( Boela meanwhile wrestling his dogs). As we were leaving lil red looks over her shoulder at me and yells " hey boss have you put in my red carpet ( driveway) at the shed? " I said funny enough I'm on my way to K-Mart to buy a roll! She yells back at me " I'm not walking on that shit, I want it from Carpet Choice! " she's still at me! Season B not finished yet as Renae is competing at the Sunfest in Durban South Africa on Dec 2nd. Congratulations Renae Malan you have been inducted into the Sheds Hall of fame. A big shout out to Laura Heatly Laura has lost 23k since December. She lost 10k by her self till April. Laura then joined forces with myself and she went on to drop a further 13 K. I'm so proud of her dedication! Laura has always had dreams of competing one day. She has now put herself in the ball park for next year!
