Great feedback from coach Adam @teamelitephysiqueathletes regarding Kate’s posing. He actually picked up in the exact things that we were aiming for for this routine which was 1) precision in her mandatories at every angle and in every moment 2) perform not pose 3) light up that damn stage like an Olympia qualification depends on it!!

My best posers and I commit to our working relationship for many years on and off season which is why they reach insane levels so well and why I’m forever becoming a better posing coach 🙏🏽 So to expect the same result with a lesson here and there is simply not practical, even if you are a good poser already because remember, going from a good to a super elite poser is as big of a leap in skill level and learning as it is to go from a beginner to a good poser.

Literally, not a single thing we not considered during the production of these performances. And I call them performances more than I call them routines, because if you know me you know that I have a passion for not just the macro, but the micro details that encompass every single second of stage time!!! (I care about it a little too much to be honest). A routine is a sequence of moves/steps. A performance is something entirely different- and this is the zone I have my girls in. I am proud that my athletes become known for their high level of style & posing and that makes me happy more than anything. To bring to life all the dreams that a bikini athlete has of themselves becoming a phenomenal poser 🤩🥰
