Thank you to everyone who’s reached out the last 2 months. 2024 came in hot. Surgery was great. Love anesthesia FYI, no complaints. These last few months have been hard. But your texts (sorry to those I still owe a text back), flowers, chocolate (I’m off sugar but I ate them), voice texts, visits, and calls have meant a lot. Last week, I was back at Sloan kettering for another MRI & it was super fun as usual. Here’s to 2 months of being clear. And in 6 months I get to do this again. And if you haven’t scheduled your mammogram, go for it. My boobs shouldn’t be the only ones on camera all the time. (Ps if I owe you a text, this is my text back) 💗#breastcancer#breastcancerawareness

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, aunts, moms and grandmothers - and those who are no longer here. 2024 came in really hot for our family. And here we go again… 3 days until my lumpectomy & right before my pre-surgery appointment today, there was an earthquake that apparently everyone but me felt. On Monday, I have a lumpectomy, exactly 10 years to the day from my last one. “Almost cancer” is super annoying. Don’t let my cute hospital gown mirror selfies fool you. Add an earthquake to all this and it has me Quakin in My Boobs… Also fairly sure a few people this morning thought my sweater just says s*x over and over. Happy Friday, happy Earthquake day, and happy pre-lumpectomy day to me. #breastcancer#breastcancerawareness
