June was a month of reflection. In times of doubt, faith & acceptance gave me peace. It wasn't great learning that I had to have a third reconstruction surgery. It's been two weeks post surgery, I am healing & doing well. I will take reconstruction surgery over being told I have cancer anytime. I strongly believe that when I became cancer free, I was given a new life. Dealing with the damage cancer caused is a lifelong battle, but I beat cancer, and I won. I am proud of my journey and where I am. I am forever thankful for a chance at life.
