Hey outlaws! Floore Country Store, is pleased to announce the return of Fan Appreciation Day and its expansion into a 2-day event dubbed Robert Earl Keen’s Annual Homecoming Weekend, taking place Labor Day weekend, Sept. 1-2 at the legendary Floore’s Country Store in Helotes, TX. For henceforth, Fan Appreciation Day will be dubbed Robert Earl Keen’s Annual Homecoming Weekend.
Fans will be able to enter a lottery to win tickets for Sept. 2nd, and if selected, are treated to a free all-day Labor Day outdoor party hosted by REK, and featuring a house band with many surprise guests and sit-ins.
New this year, on Sept. 1, REK and a high caliber of handpicked songwriting friends will swap stories and songs in an intimate setting inside at Floore’s. The song swap will be extremely limited in capacity and ticketed.

Robert Earl Keen and his mighty fine band, plus a handful of very special guests are set to bring Western Chill, Keen's latest album beloved for its soulfully laid-back vibe, into live and living color one night only on June 14th at Grand Prairie's Texas Trust CU Theatre . Be in the room as Keen and the band guide the audience through the big hits, of course, but also a selection of songs from the new record of which The Wall Street Journal praised as, “In total, the sounds and sights Mr. Keen and band have concocted and assembled work as road maps toward getting happily de-stressed and deliberately lost—for the audience, too.” June 14th will be the perfect mood-setting start to summer.
William Beckmann and Red Shahan will each do a set of their own chill-inducing tunes to kick off the evening, followed by sit-ins and collaborations with Keen and company. Sit back, relax, and welcome to the world of Western Chill.
