This week, we have been relocating our RHS Chelsea garden, setting out and planting at St James’s partner church, St Pancras Euston Road. Here, we revisit the build-up to the show and discuss our garden inspiration.
“We have been really inspired by the amazing Wren church, the qualities of it as a building, as a piece of architecture; what’s really lovely about the site at Chelsea is that it will have these amazing plain trees as a backdrop, similar height and character, so it will give the garden the same quality of dappled shade, sitting under trees that we have here, transporting people who come to the show to St James’s so they have the same feeling of character and sense of place” Robert Myers MA (Cantab), PGDipLA, CMLI, MSGD
