Here’s why: 1. **Convenience:** Almost every gym has a reliable Smith machine ready to load up with plates. 2. **Isolation & Variety:** With its fixed vertical movement and adjustable foot positions, you can target quads, hamstrings, or glutes with precision. 3. **Mobility:** Let’s be real, as we get bigger, mobility can be a challenge. 🚨Client Spotlight for @_adamquinn_ 🚨 We have been working together since October 2022 and have added some clean size over the last 6 months. This photos was taken the day I was released from the hospital at the end of March. Today marks 33 days since suffering and surviving a heart attack on March 20th. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, from sheer fear to overwhelming gratitude. I count myself incredibly fortunate to still be here typing these words. Sharing this isn’t easy, but I’ve always believed in the power of awareness, especially when it comes to using social media authentically. Life isn’t just about the ‘highlight reel’ moments—it’s about embracing every part of the journey, including the tough times. Shit happens, life happens, we grow, we adapt, we move on. I’m not looking for sympathy or empathy or a pitty party. I’m merely sharing my experience as a human. Heart health is crucial and I feel it is important to start a conversation about it.
