On Saturday night, we made the difficult but necessary decision to walk away from the Miss USA and Miss Universe Organizations. Having literally been born into this world, I don’t know a life that doesn’t involve these two iconic brands. However, as Mom said in her speech, all good things come to an end. I was raised by two amazing parents who have shown me how to lead by example, and I’m proud to walk in their footsteps.
