Those of you who have been following us for years, know we do the Christmas tree decorating every year the day after Thanksgiving day. ☺️ This year was no different. It definitely did not go as smooth, my dslr camera lens broke, so we had to film with the phone 🥴 At the end of the day, we still had so much fun decorating, bonding together as a family and enjoying the start of the most beautiful time of the year. ☺️ We decided on doing our tree the traditional colors, after doing gold for the past two years. Having fun and staying connected with some of our friends all over the world to spread the word about staying home in support of all the unsung heroes that have to go out and work everyday amidst the looming threat of COVID-19. We stay home because we love our friends and family. We stay home out of respect for the well being of everyone working on the front lines. Fun fact about this video, we had a few more outfits done but the memory card went a little crazy and lost the footage 🤣 So here is what we got 😆

It’s about giving not receiving. And by giving, I don’t mean giving material things. Give love, give hugs, give encouraging words, give compliments, give laughter. As we are approaching Christmas day, all of us are busy buying “things”. Not saying that we shouldn’t gift people we love, but spending time with family is most valuable thing anyone could ever give or receive. Let’s not forget, material things come and go, they satisfy us temporarily. But we can never forget memories with our children, with our families. There are people in hospitals today all over the world who will not see tomorrow. It breaks my heart. 😢 Kids, who do not have parents, kids who don’t have a warm meal on the table. Let’s make sure we make people we love, LOVED, because we can not get the time wasted back. They will forget all the material things, but they will never forget how you made them FEEL. ❤️ Hope everyone is enjoying their quality family time together.
