High protein low carb snack for pregnancy using @safecatchfoods trout! Packed with omegas for a healthy pregnancy and the lowest mercury of any brand. Check them out online or in your local store! Spicy Trout Cucumber Boats 1 can @safecatchfoods trout in chili oil 1 cucumber 1 tsp sriracha 1 tsp kewpie mayo or regular mayo Nori strips, green onions, and sesame seeds for taste All you have to do is cut your cucumber in half and then cut in half length ways. Scoop out the middle! Mix the trout with mayo and Sriracha. Add nori and green onion. Scoop mixture into the cucumber boats and top with more Sriracha and sesame seeds! Dont like trout?
