Whew! It officially feels like summer which makes us think of these cuties who have been diving in the pool all season long☀️💦 These Jr members of SDC rocked it with an undefeated season and are ready to hit the Nationals stage💚🎉

recital ‘24!!!
this recital was so special to me because not only was it my last one, but i also got to be a part of this one as a student and as an official instructor. when i was younger, i remember thinking how badly i wanted spread my passion with others and make a safe place for the younger dancers, just like my teachers had done for me. to be able to see my classes rock the stage today and to stand with the rest of the instructors during the finale was the most special feeling 🥹
it pains me to know that this was the last time i get to be a part of a susan’s recital, but performing with my dance family today was absolutely incredible, and i couldn’t ask for a better way to end this chapter💗

Our second regional of the season was so much fun. I especially love that this is the comp where we get to dance for a cause by raising money for a charity. Our charity this year was @feedingamerica

My solo received a Blue Diamond, a choreography award and 6th place overall. I also received the power dancer invite and a scholarship for @dancewerksllc ❤️
All of my group dances did a fabulous job also receiving the highest adjudications, many placements, along with special judges awards.
Special shout out to our production of “Grinch” for winning the viewers choice award. thank you @powerofdancecomp for an amazing weekend of dance.

I am so incredibly thankful to have received a platinum and 2nd overall in my solo in the teen elite division. There were so many amazing and talented dancers.
My duo with @edenalexandria__ received a platinum and 1st place overall
My group dances also did really well with many high adjudications, judges awards, and placements.

Competition season for SDC is just a couple weeks away! 💚🖤 I’m so excited to be back on stage with everybody!!
This post has both good and not as good moments from my new solos for this season. This kind of shows the way the dances will improve and transform throughout the season.
At the end is something I have been working on.
We have all been working hard to get ready for the season…especially Miss Sam who works long hours doing our choreography and cleaning all the dances.
I am so excited for the showcase that officially starts the season!!
