My first powerlifting meet part three: DEADLIFTS! Lifted at 275, 315, and 335! I probably could’ve gone a bit higher on the final lift, but it was my first meet and I wasn’t sure of myself and I didn’t wanna overdo it. I’ll be ready next time and there WILL BE A NEXT TIME!

My first powerlifting meet! Part One: SQUATS! My first attemp (205lbs) went great! My second attemp (225lbs)…not so much. Failed to hit the minimum amount of depth, but did 225 again for my third attemp and NAILED IT! Don’t let failure discourage you. Pick yourself up and try again. You’ve got this.

June 2022 vs Now!
As of today, I’m two years into my fitness journey! Still losing fat, building muscle, and completing goals I’d set for myself while setting new ones even while there are goals I set that I haven’t even met yet! Continuing to find new ways to push myself forward! Still no stopping me!
Saw @vampybitme again today AND @sayorichu ! Their Final Fantasy cosplays were so incredible! I hope I get to see Sayori in her Yuffie cosplay someday! 💚
Ran in Bay To Breakers (12K) in SF for the second year in a row! I think I even improved my run time from last year, too! Looking forward to next year!
