When I opened a message from Happy Go Landry’s mom, it made my morning. She is so precious. After reading more about her, I learned she has a rare genetic disease. She received her nickname from always being so happy and having a contagious laugh. How perfect is she? They love her brave polka dot gown designed by @sarabareilles It’s one of the rare pictures where you can see the message from Sara in her own handwriting that reads, “Sara B loves me.” I truly love our community with all of my being. Look for the good and you will always find it. 🙌❤️🎵
Hello my friends! In light of the overwhelming response to my first orchestral show at the Hollywood Bowl in August…(eeek!) I wanted to continue the love fest and bring the show to the east coast! He is unapologetically in love with himself. It is the greatest gift he could have given us girls. It’s essential to love who you are. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes we don’t see eye to eye, but we definitely agree that he’s one of the greatest humans of all time. To know her is to love her. (I came up with that.) She has rewritten my expectations of being a person. (I came up with that also.) She is as loyal and wise and funny as she is generous and kind and talented. She is everything you hope for, and one of the things I love about her the most, is her holy ambition. To tell stories, to stretch into new spaces inside herself and to take on artistic endeavors with innovation, curiosity, and her superpower- LOVE.
