#healthyhabits takes time and consistency, so I find that choosing just 3 small steps every morning to take care of yourself really does the trick!
Let’s break it down:
✨ NOURISH: give your body some nourishment first thing in the morning, whether that’s drinking a full glass of water before coffee, eating a wholesome breakfast, making a matcha or fresh juice, or taking your vitamins
✨ MOVEMENT: get up and move! This can be a gentle walk outside, some light stretches in your living room, a workout at home or at the gym or a run on the treadmill
✨ SELF CARE: do something for you — whether it’s spending time on your skincare, taking an everything shower, writing in a journal, reading a few pages in a book, making your bed or even savoring your coffee outside without looking at your phone
When you pick 1 things from each category, morning routines become much easier and more manageable no matter what you have going on 🦋
