Beautiful Me participants close their eyes and picture themselves looking at their body in a mirror. They then choose a body part they want to show kindness. We are huge on positive self-talk and encourage participants to tape their answers to their mirrors at home and read them aloud every day!

This mirror is from Kosmonia, a company with 33 years of experience in 48 countries and now they are in the US! Their mission is to brighten lives - with their illuminated mirrors AND with their actions. Kosmonia gives a portion of their proceeds to nonprofits that make a difference in the world and we are so happy they chose Self-Esteem Rising! Their support will immediately result in new Beautiful Me classes around the world.
Beautiful Me is our signature program and in it, we ask participants to close their eyes and picture themselves looking at their body in a mirror. They then choose a body part they want to be kind to. We are huge on positive self-talk and encourage our participants to tape their hands to their mirror at home and read it aloud to themselves every day.
