The name combines the words «stay» and «vacation», symbolizing a journey to one’s inner world. The Staycation collection is about an inner journey to the depths of your self and discovering new possibilities in ordinary things. It reflects the style of thinking about life, as an unpredictable, but always unique journey, which should be taken with the awareness of every moment,» commented the brand’s designer Oleksandra Levishko. The collection includes structured and soft silhouettes, each of which is self-sufficient and easily combined with other products. Inspired by the style of the 80s, it combines masculinity and femininity. Broad shoulders and emphasis on the waist emphasize the strength and grace of the female image. The capsule includes 12 pieces that will be appropriate for both casual days and special evenings: a summer nettle trench coat, a cotton trouser suit, a silk blouse, a translucent top, knit skirts, a bodysuit in basic colors, a viscose tank top and dresses of different lengths. The central image was a red net dress decorated with drapery; the hem of the skirt is gathered on a drawstring, which creates a contrast of styles. The dress symbolizes inner strength and energy. Different textures and materials are used in the collection: structured denim and taffeta are combined with silk chiffon and mesh. The weightless translucent materials in the products symbolize the lightness of life, while the raw edges remind us of its fragility and imperfection. Natural shades of white, beige, pink, red and black are the main palette of this season. The Ukrainian Women Festival DIVA is a symbol of the resilience of Ukrainian art and culture during the war The Ukrainian Women Festival DIVA was attended by all the most influential women’s communities, associations, clubs, the entire intellectual and artistic elite of Odesa and Ukraine, as well as volunteers, animal rights activists, women in the military, etc. The festival’s partners were the largest and most famous brands and corporations in Ukraine: the famous winemaker company Shabo, hotel chains, boutiques and children’s stores, the city’s most famous 5 clinics, megagiants of the cosmetics and jewelry market, and others. The festival included a large-scale charity campaign to help the military of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: promotions, fundraisers, and auctions. According to the visitors and guests of the Ukrainian Women Festival DIVA, these two days in May were a real celebration of culture, art, intellect, education, psychological support and intellectual growth of the Ukrainian women’s community. Anna Yudaeva @annayudaevacouture New collection The Oscar Edition collection is the result of the Ukrainian haute couture designer Anna Yudaeva and her work team. It’s a combination of classic elegance and bold looks that captivate the audience at sophisticated ceremonies on the red carpet. The collection was meticulously crafted and planned to be unveiled in all its glory and splendor in the spring of 2022. However, due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the designer could only showcase her dream to the fashion world in 2024. Unfortunately, during the fierce battles and shelling, part of the collection was lost forever. Despite the war, Ukrainian couture withstood and returned to creativity. The Oscar Edition collection is created in a classic style with elements of romance, and its exquisite evening gowns are undoubtedly worth being admired by connoisseurs of elegance. The photoset is taken in the style of the 90s with a Polaroid camera effect, embodying the essence of a fashionable trend. The theme of the Hollywood awards ceremony was chosen by the designer to recreate the sense of excitement and genuine interest in cinematography and the diversity of characters portrayed by actors in films. Just as the golden Oscar statuette has its unique code number, each dress in the collection is unique and one-of-a-kind. The grandeur of exquisite fabrics chosen for each garment is complemented by asymmetrical cuts and the presence of delicate accent drapery with a bead sprinkle, creating a maximum three-dimensional effect. The color palette of the dresses harmoniously blends the shades of vibrant nature: predators colors, tints of fresh greenery, the precious stones sparkle. In developing the collection, along with the use of straight lines symbolizing firmness and modernism in art, the designer applied a curved S-shaped line, known as the beauty line, which bestows refinement, charm, and harmonization. With the Oscar Edition collection its designer seeks to emphasize the important role of women in modern society—and these dresses are a handmade manifesto of their beauty, femininity, extravagance and perfection.
