I am in my 40’s and this is what I would tell my younger peers who are in their 20’s.
1. Eat well, drink less alcohol, exercise often, sleep more. This is your medicine to good health physically and mentally.
2. If someone is draining your energy, stay far away from them.
3. Make sure to choose good habits early on because sometimes it will be difficult to break them when you are older.
4. Advocate for yourself in a medical setting. Don’t let them tell you, you are too young. You know your body better than anyone.
5. Cherish your good friends and family.
6. Stop comparing yourself with others, especially here on social media.
7. Put your phone down and pay attention to your surroundings.
8. Invest, save and be financially savvy. Pay your debt.
9. Stay in silence (meditation) even if it’s boring.
10. Love yourself, just the way you are. You cannot be perfect!
He is my best friend, my safe place, he always makes me laugh and I always look for him when I am sad or happy. I love sharing my life with him. He is my home! ❤️ #14yearsoftogetherness#couplegoals#couplevideos

How to apply and reapply sunscreen.
Make sure to apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes prior to going out daily. Take a generous amount on your index and middle finger from your palmar crease to your fingertips and rub it on your face including your ears, neck, chest and don’t forget your hands. Make sure to also use an SPf on your lips.
Be sun smart and enjoy your summer! ☀️
