Back to my norm posts now after vacay content is all up 😎 Had my first hammy booty sesh since coming home and started with tons of sumo deadlifts! Day one or one day!? A year ago exactly I was looking in the mirror unhappy with what I saw, so far off from my purpose, surrounding myself with a negative unhealthy lifestyle, drinking everyday, fast food, and repeating the same exact behavior day in and day out…My frequency was so low I was also attracting a lot of drama as well it can pour into other areas of your life…Unfulfilled, empty and gaining hella weight!!!! I did not like the person I was becoming at all 🙅🏻‍♀️ I said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I’m the only person holding me back and I deserve to reach my fullest potential and stop selling myself short and poisoning my mind and body 👊🏽 30lbs down and my most fit self YET, and I’m not even done yet!!! It’s a lifestyle 😈 What it takes is the decision to COMMIT go all in and show up whether you’re mad, sad, heartbroken, tired you SHOW TF UP 💥 The hardest part is already done when you decide you want better now follow through you are worth it and owe it to yourself 🫶🏽 The end goal seems far off but we take it day by day baby! MUST TRY booty sesh and I’m saying booty bcus my gluteus Maximus, medius, and minimus are CRYING TODAY 🍑 My cheeks have never been so sore in ma lifeeee I LITERALLY CANT SIT 🥵 (also include seated hip abductor didn’t record) Happy af to get back into my normal routine after 2 week hamstring injury and then immediately moving houses the 3rd week 🙃 Still ate clean regardless but def missed a lot of meals but hey that’s life we just pick back up where we left off 💪🏽 GO TIME BABES! Always good to switch it up now and then 🍑 This workout had my side Booty so sore 😮‍💨 Also new goal is to be able to do pistol squats! So the sit down to standup will have me there in no time 😼 BTW last vid was highest box jump I’ve ever done woo 👏🏽 For my maintenance calories I’m supposed to be up and extra 1k and safe to say I’m struggling to reach that lolllll but there’s always an adjustment phase just like when I had to cut my calories to lose fat etc. Winter time is theeee best time for gains babes!! Transformation inspo ❤️‍🔥 Put in the work, stay disciplined, have patience and trust the process! The changes with fitness come from the inside out 🫶🏽 Not all days you will be motivated but that’s when you just show up anyway 👊🏽 I was able to lose 30lbs and have been easily maintaining it with tracking my macros and still being able to have my sweets and eat foods I love! As well with trial and error I found a cardio and weight lift regimen to shed and keep the lbs off 💪🏽 Goals always change, life always happens, and fitness looks different to every person. Your only competition is when you look in the mirror 🪞 Better yourself everyday 🔥 Accountability partners and having the blueprint is so vital to making goals and hitting them ladies 🙌🏽 Summer bodies are built in winter so dm me “Fit Babe” and we can get after it together 💥💥💥💥💥
