proud literally doesn’t cut it❤️ a week post show and ya girl is still tearing up looking back at pictures and videos. it’s hard to understand if you aren’t in this space but if you know YOU KNOW how incredibly special these moments are to us.
@fabianeleame thank you for being who you are in this industry, i say it all the time but your heart is truly built different and it is an absolute honour to rep your name and be a part of the amazing company that you’ve created❤️ it’s really taken me some time to feel truly at home dancewise but being here has been the safest space and you have nurtured my growth in ways that i couldn’t have imagined.
my @officiallyheeldup family members thank you for everything - for trusting me as your dance captain, for supporting me on show day when the overwhelm kicked in, for rocking with my choreography, for letting me perform your choreographies and just for being an incredible group of people. we have grown so close over this show period and i am honoured to share a space with such beautiful people inside and out.
friends and family thank you - for supporting me every time on this lil dance journey of mine. you guys being there means more than i can possibly explain and seeing/hearing/feeling you from the crowd did so much for me that night, you are so so loved and cherished.

as raw as it gets
i’m so proud of myself for this freestyle, and i’m so glad this moment was caught on camera.
the past few months have been heavy to say the least but these sessions have been my happy place❤️.

in recent months i have:
fallen out of and back in love with dance
fallen out of and back in love with myself
returned to therapy
become an auntie again
taken better care of my body
seen my manifestations come to reality
deliberately placed myself outside of my comfort zone
launched a creative project that i sat on for 2 years
connected with friends i’ve had since i was small
chosen myself and left situations and people that couldn’t meet me the way i needed
lived out childhood dreams
2024 feels like a year of love in all forms and i’m real excited about that🫶🏽
