Day 12 of the @missbikinius Social Media Challenge 👸🏾 Pageant Prep 🙋🏾‍♀️ Soooo much work goes into preparing for a National Pageant. Aside from the obvious, Hair, Makeup & getting your body right, there is so much more. There is walk training, pose training, public speaking training, answering questions, photo shoots, your gown and in this special system, Fantasy Bikini. Hard work, practice, & preparation is key. I have actually been preparing for this pageant since my first run in 2018. Learned a ton of lessons from my past mistakes. My preferred means of staying fit is yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️🙏🏾 the art of yoga connects the mind, body and soul. Its energy transmutation and meditation brings inner peace. The core strengthening you gain is out of this world. Definitely a lifestyle when practicing the 9 limbs of yoga.
