Kid's classes are for ages 6-14 and are offered weekly. Camps are special events, and we have TWO MORE WEEKS in July! So RSVP online if you'd like us to wear your kiddos out and teach them some amazing ways to keep active while you go relax and enjoy and afternoon off. 😉🍹🤣
If you didn’t know, after pole dance, trapeze is my next favorite apparatus 🥰 It blends elements of hoop, fabric, and pole, all in one. The possibilities are endless on the trapeze! 🙌
