Really happy with the balance between fullness and dryness here. As the day went on and into finals, I ended up even more full and dry and was truly blown away with the look I achieved.
For those that are curious, this was the first time I never cut water for a show. I drank water as normal the Friday before the show, and Saturday we just managed and timed the water intake correctly, I had drank 2L already prior to stepping on stage at 9:30am Saturday and continued to drink as needed all day Saturday based off how the look was trending. Also no diuretics used at all for this show.

Yesterday I became Canada’s newest IFBB Professional Open Bodybuilder. I dreamed of this day since I began competitive bodybuilding nearly 7 years ago and it still hasn’t quite hit me yet with what I was able to achieve yesterday. I couldn’t be more grateful and proud of this incredible milestone in my life and it truly is just the beginning of an amazing new chapter.
I can’t thank you all enough for your endless support throughout this journey of mine. I have the best support system anyone could ever ask for and there’s way too many people that I love and appreciate who always contribute to my successes that know who they are 💙 to my amazing girlfriend @sandraaabayyy , thank you for believing in me and always encouraging me and doing whatever you can in your power to help make me a better person and a better bodybuilder. To my coach @gabrielgariepy_coaching that believed in me from the day we met and pushed me to be my absolute best, thank you! To all my incredible friends and family, I love you all so much and I couldn’t have got to this point in my life without you!!
I mean this when I say it, this is truly just the beginning of what I believe I am capable of achieving in bodybuilding. I’ll work even harder to continue to make improvements every year, and inspire and motivate anyone I can along the way.
True happiness is when you find something you absolutely love to do, and pursue it to the absolute fullest extent, and at this given point in my life, I couldn’t be ANY happier!! ☑️
2023➡️2024. 12 months between pics.
Stay the course, and continue to work even when you’re happy with how far you’ve come. Be real with yourself. Analyze what you can do to be even more productive year to year. There’s always something you can do better if you’re honest and accountable with yourself.
1 week post show. Weight 261 lbs. Really happy with how my body is responding on this rebound and taking full advantage of the opportunity for growth. I’m taking the next 6-8 months to pack on tissue to be a competitive pro and at that point will determine with my coach if we can plan my pro debut in 2025. Thanks to everyone for all your love and support this past week and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter of my life 🤘🏼
