I trust U all have been well! and Taking Care. These energies y’all …. Lawwwdddd. They ain’t nooo jokeee! All the pain surrounding Us has been causing my poor Heart a lil grief but it has been Awesome learning to transmute all of that energy for Creation.

as I am witnessing so much Healing and Shifts taking place, (I stay preaching) it is SO crucial for Us to take care of ourselves as much as we can throughout this process. We tend to focus on our Fears and Insecurities instead of doing everything necessary to Nurture ourselves; I definitely want to encourage Us all (myself most definitely included) to keep up on our Self-Care Practices, Rituals and Regimens. These tools will keep us vibrating High and flowing through the ups and downs of each Season with more Ease, Confidence and Comfort. We have to also continue to Affirm ourselves, Pray and Trust that we are constantly Divinely Guided and Protected; We are completely Worthy & Deserving without Us having to prove it. Awareness of the Tools and the Divine Guidance will sustain Us for the rest of our Lives. Adversity and Obstacles allow Us to lean back into ourselves, into each other, our Communities and the Divine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There’s huge surprises in store for us this year — I can feel it! & we gotta make sure our Spiritual Foundation is in tact so that we can Master the Universal Waves that comes with being on our Planet Earth 🥹🫂🌍✨
