Changes are made of sacrifices, clear goals, and strong will. From the left picture to the right picture, I had to overcome mainly my fears. The fear to think that I couldn’t make it, the thought that I wasn’t strong enough, the self excuses that I didn’t have enough time, among others. I also had to change pretty much all my old habits. The way I ate (thanks to @alejobendeck for the nutrition plan), the way I distributed my time, and the sedentary life, also among others. Let me tell you something, is not easy. I do not feel motivated everyday nor I have the mood, or the time. Sometimes I want to quit, sometimes I ask my self: is it worth it? YES IT IS . Here I am, still learning and cheering me up everyday; with 3 kids, two of them homeschooling (thank you COVID 😫), and a baby who requires tons of my time. I can count with my partner in crime @jugarrizamd 💕who supports me (he is in charge of the work Outs💪🏾)in everything. Every time I look back and compare my old self to me now, I feel proud.
