Time to brag on Reese.
Not only did she earn the 🥇 for her age group on bars and floor, but she ended her L8 season with the HIGHEST bar score in all of Region3 and the fourth highest floor score.

Grateful who her amazing coaches @coachnikki.23 and @choreography_by_kambri for the last seven months. The growth we’ve seen in her since she joined your team is amazing. Not only the attention to detail, but her believing in herself. Thank you is not enough. Cannot wait to see all that the future holds for her.

So incredibly proud of Claire. She set a goal for herself last summer to compete L7 this spring.
This kid has been competing since August with virtually no break. After winning L5 state, in November she jumped right into her L7 season. She was the only kid on her team of phenomenal gymnasts who did this.
Then, on Tuesday, I got the call no parent wants to get. That she got hurt in practice days before her Regional meet. Truthfully, Tuesday night I didn’t think that she’d be able to compete Friday as she could barely put any pressure on her right foot.
But like the rest of the season, she was determined. Not only did she compete at Regionals, but she got her season best floor score and personal best beam score.
Proud is an understatement.

What a way to end their season!! Both girls and their teammates competed at Region 3 - Level 7 and 8 Championships (the top gymnasts in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming).
Super proud of not only their performance today, but their hard work in the gym everyday. And like always, grateful for their amazing coaches (@e.samuelson21 , @noahforbus , @choreography_by_kambri and @coachnikki.23 ) and all of their amazing teammates at @metroplexgym

Quick but good trip to Lubbock for Reese’s L8 State Meet!!
Reese essentially fell on the very first skill of her first event, but didn’t let it bother her. She finished with a flawless beam routine, got a career high floor score, landed both vaults and did a great bar routine!

It’s been a whirlwind of a season making the jump from L5 to L7 and until today Claire would say she hadn’t hit a meet yet.
It was so fun watching her hit 4 of 4 events today at the Texas L7 State Meet. Had her season high on every event and scored her first 38 ever!
Proud of everything she’s accomplished, excited to see what’s next and thankful for her coaches @e.samuelson21 and @noahforbus and all of her teammates!

Reese kicked off her L8 season at Alamo Classic in San Antonio! Proud of this kid for putting both vaults to her feet and for rocking this beam routine after a scary bars dismount.
Can’t wait for two more weekends when both girls compete at Texas Prime!
