Emotion is experience in chemical form. It’s simply energy moving or in motion. Stay connected to the emotions you want to feel. Making a firm decision and believing it firmly, so much so that the body responds to the mind. This will create a huge transition/transcendental experience in your consciousness/your growth as it relates to your future. Joe Dispenza says Where you place your attention is where you place your energy. And this is so right. So I say to y’all, please be careful where you place your attention. Be intentional. Be uncompromising Don’t wait for something to happen to feel the emotion you want to feel. Connect to the energy of the future. And you will always be in a state of mind that you enjoy. Stay connected. Putting all what I am learning into my daily practice.

You reaffirm your past when you keep talking about it over and over. and when you keep bringing up those experiences that same emotion happens over and over. It’s an addiction: You have memorized those emotions and do it unconsciously/do it without thinking: because it’s familiar. WAKE UP! Give that up for something higher or better. You can do it. Reprogram yourself. I know it’s hard. To step into uncharted territory. You need help/guidance:….get some. Life is beautiful! Sunni 💛☀️
