Soulful rock belter Franky Perez and his band the All Nighters brought some serious heat last night to the packed Rocks Lounge showroom at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Cool to see Stoney Curtis, Eddie Trunk, John Katsilometes, and Donovan Leitch all there.
It was the launch show for Franky’s “Hot Vegas Nights” residency. The Vegas native is playing there once a month on Friday nights through October. You get horns, congas, showgirls, salsa, Sam Cooke (“A Change Is Gonna Come”), some Prince (“Darling Nikki”), CCR (“Proud Mary”), and “Tennessee Whiskey,” not to mention killer guitarist Christian Brady.
