Our third beer release continues our usage of local ingredients. We’ve been experimenting with this recipe since 2018 trying different sources and varieties of honey since that first batch. We ended up with this light bodied thirst quencher with citrus aromatics from hops and subtle floral notes with a clean, refreshingly dry finish from the honey.

Today, on the launch of our third beer, we’ve put together a little tribute to those who are nerdy (and sometimes beyond that) about their chosen craft. Whether it be art, music, beer or food.
Unlike Chef Slowik, we aren’t too precious about beer, but we’re are hoping that you’ll savour the flavours we’ve been thoughtfully creating for you.
So yes, you can drink! Please drink!

Cally: “Hey! Check this out! It says here in this generic book I’m reading that Tenggara beer has a 100% chance of being the most delicious beer you’ll ever try”
Abram: “Whoah, does it really say that?“
Cally: “No, but it should.” 😂

Tenggara’s homage to craft fromage with @rosaliecheeseindonesia (sorry about the cheesy caption). We had a wonderful time last week, sharing our beers and pairing them with different cheeses for the launch of Ornella, Rosalie’s new Pecorino.
How to make it, how to appreciate it and – maybe most importantly of all – how to drink it. Our friends from @tenggarabrewing are at Peggy’s this weekend teaching the proper art of craft beer. Limited spaces available.
