Summmmmer timeee ☀️☀️☀️ and the health kick is STRONG! Feeling these Malibu beach vibes. It’s been two weeks since me and the kids got back from overseas and I’ve jumped straight into a post-work reset. It’s easy to slip into a pattern of self-care neglect when you have kids, you’re working and life is busy, maybe you stopped working out (me!) or got into an Uber eats everyday funk (also me!) it doesn’t take long to get back on track. Here’s what I’ve been doing —— 🥘 16:8 intermittent fasting with my hours being 11:30am -7:30pm 🌴

💧LIFE (bioavailable liquid oxygen) first thing in the morning
⚡️ELEMENT (humic & fulvic acids- great for immune boosting, gut health and HAIR GROWTH ) in water to drink during my morning Peloton session.
🌿 BLOSSOM (organic micronutrient dense cacao blend) smoothie (fav with Almond butter, dates, oat milk, cinnamon, frozen banana & mint) that breaks my fast at 11:30am
😴 DREAM (chamomile/lemon balm/passionflower/lavendar sleepy time warm drink) at 7:30pm to wind down before bed! 💪🏽🏋️40 minutes daily exercise using the

@loganaldridge my fav trainers) I have a workout mat, light weights ranging from 5lbs - 10lbs and then 20, 25 & 30lb kettlebells. I usually do one HIIT workout followed by 10 mins of abs. Today I did a 30 min interval 🏃♀️ (between 130 - 170 bpm heart rate on my Fitbit) 👩🍳I’ve been cooking every day, 2-3 x per day. Organic, high protein, super clean, nutrient dense plant based foods - recipes that I’ve been finding on all sorts of amazing vegan blogs 🥹❤️🐄 couple of instagram favs are
@fitgreenmind @maxlamanna @schoolnightvegan @ohsheglows 🌞Spending 40 mins outside to get some great natural Vitamin D, going on daily bike rides, walking to the beach, swimming, board games and SO MUCH quality time together- kids currently have zero device time and I have noticed 10 yr old Bodhi falling in love with imaginative play again with his siblings and enjoying toys once more and it’s just been amazing to witness! so far this summer break has been remarkable ✨✨
