Was very happy with my physique but it took its toll! That look for most people is not sustainable for any amount of time, being that lean all year around won’t be healthy for 99.9% of people

I love this alternative to lateral raises
Yes using cuffs doesn’t always look as cool as throwing some big dumbbells around but it’s a useful tool to utilise
These are ankle cuffs from @fitnesssuperstore but work for wrists also.
Cuffs enable you to focus on the movement without the issue of losing tension through wrist flexion, you can isolate the delts easier in this way.
Now I’m not saying do these instead of dumbbells but you could or even do them as well as some added side delt work is not usually a bad thing

I posted my diet last week as well on that post. I stuck to the plan to the letter, now I wouldn’t recommend going this hard as no doubt have probably lost some muscle and I’ve struggled to get through my sessions but in my mind it was worth it to feel better about myself.
159.3kg last week, 152.6kg this week so will probably increase calories slightly this week.
In the interest of clarity I used 20mg of Yohimbine hcl daily but no cardio was implemented yet.
Let’s see what next week brings!

Thursday June 20th is my new starting point
Life can get tough sometimes and everything gets on top so this is me posting to hold myself accountable.
Feeling a mess both in how I look and mentally the last month and a half but I have to take control if I’m gonna dig myself out of this hole
So I like to take lots of smaller steps as part of the process of overhauling myself, first priorities are
💻 Getting my work caught up to remove some stress
🍲 sorting my diet
💈getting my hair cut and a shave
Now they’re simple things really, the work will take a bit of time but I can control that, the diet I just need to be organised and stick to my plan and getting the hair cut and shave is purely vanity as I believe when you look better you feel better.
Obviously there will be other things to implement along the way but for now I will focus on those.
Wanna get my bodyweight down to 145kg as its a weight I feel good at and can maintain without having to be too crazy with diet and cardio
Once I am caught up with work it’s easier to stay on top of it so can provide a far better service for my clients.
These are all things within my control and I know will start me on a journey to feeling better so now I just need to start actioning them.
