My legs and back were feeling very sore this morning from multiple days of Peloton rides and playing soccer yesterday, so I opted for an ab workout this morning. I had the house to myself for the morning - for some reason my workouts are so much easier to accomplish in a quiet house. Finished my workout with a stretch session. Don’t forget to stretch after your workouts!!
