Too many @netaporter shoots to choose from 💫 It was a blast casting each and every one of these @portermagazine covers. And when I am old, grey, unapologetically foul* and too senile to know better, I will still have the wildest stories to share! Many thanks to the wonderful reps and colleagues who made it all happen. Dear #SimoneAshley - it is always a joy to work with you for innumerable reasons including (in no particular order, and not limited to) 1/ MYLA - every shoot should include an excitable cocker spaniel who develops a love-hate relationship with the white shagpile rug in the styling suite 🐶 3/ Your sense of humour (contagious), enthusiasm (also contagious) and professionalism (impressive). “This one’s for all the #Twilight fans out there.” Yes Kristen, it really bloody is. . Notable details from our #kristenstewart cover shoot which may appeal to her stans… / we shot on the day of the day of the solar Eclipse. And people, you have should all get the chance to experience a solar eclipse with crew who play with light and imagery for a living! Watching them was as magical as watching the actual Eclipse. / It was KS birthday the next day. Which meant cake and champagne. Kristen likes cake. All cake. But a special shout out to unpretentious, bog-standard, no-frills sponge cake. She is our people. / KS got stuck in a table for the sake of art. It was worth it. The picture is exceptional. Anyway, I think we can agree the stars quite literally aligned on this one. Happy International Women’s Day. Earlier this week we threw a do to celebrate some bloody Incredible Women. Many highlights of the night, including watching Mia McKenna Bruce - who decided to become an actress after watching Kate Winslet in Titanic - meet her hero. Original poetry by Michaela Coel, toasts by Kate Winslet and Gillian Anderson, and some fairly fabulous cocktails weren’t bad either. Pulled together, as always, by the best team in the business. Proud to be part of it
