Day 2 at the Gulf Coast Pageant was an absolute blast! Today, the Senior Divisions showcased their talents in optional competitions, and I had the joy of helping out at the Princess, Jr. Pre-Teen, and Pre-Teen finales. Ending the night with formal wear was the perfect way to wrap up such a memorable day. Feeling grateful for these incredible experiences and all the wonderful people I’ve met along the way! 💓

Wow! What an incredible afternoon I had on Saturday judging Miss May, a virtual pageant where all of the proceeds benefit the @wellwishesforwater charity. Thank you so much to @melanie.ladd for thinking of me and giving me this amazing opportunity to help young women grow! Well Wishes for Water is a campaign aimed at raising $10,000 to build a clean water well! It was great to see so many young women come together to support Melanie and her campaign as well as enhance their communication skills through the introduction and interview portions. 🎤

Here are 3 Time-Saving Strategies to Boost Your Pageant Prep:
1. Prioritize & Plan 📅
I love to begin each week by identifying key priorities. I always use a planner or a digital calendar to block time for practice sessions and relaxation.
2. Set Specific Goals 🎯
Break down your preparation into manageable, specific tasks. This makes your goals tangible and achievable.
3. Consistency is Key 🔑
Dedicate a consistent time slot daily or weekly for each type of preparation. Consistent practice builds confidence and reduces last-minute stress.

KY OPEN CALLS DAY 1 - LOUISVILLE 🫧💞
This past weekend, I traveled to the Bluegrass State and had the pleasure of meeting and bonding with exceptional upcoming NAM Kentucky contestants! Each girl I met was truly remarkable, with a bright future ahead of her. I feel incredibly thankful to be able to share my passion for this organization and reflect on how it has shaped my life. Interestingly, it was exactly 15 years ago at this time that I received my open call letter in the mail! It’s truly surreal to now play a role in guiding new NAM contestants on their journey, just as I was guided back in 2009.✨

AMERICAN HEART MONTH 💌❤️
February marks more than just Valentine’s Day; it’s #HeartHealthMonth , a cause close to my heart, literally and figuratively. Being a member of Alpha Phi has led me to have a profound passion for women’s heart health advocacy. Our philanthropic focus on this vital issue has inspired me to educate and empower others, especially women, to prioritize their cardiovascular well-being. Last February, I was able to lead the Beta Omicron chapter of Alpha Phi to raise over $15,000 at our annual Red Dress Gala. I am looking forward to another amazing Red Dress Gala coming up this March. Together, let’s break the silence and spread the message of prevention and care.
