I am so honored to share that 6/13/24 is Self-Confidence Day for the State of Wisconsin! 👑 This proclamation has been a work in progress since the beginning of February, and I could not be more grateful to the Governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, for helping to make this dream into a reality. As Miss Wisconsin, it has been my mission to instill a sense of self-confidence into my community. Having confidence is crucial for one’s success, as it is to believe in your own ability. I am so thankful to have a day dedicated to confidence building for the entire state of Wisconsin to further this impact! 🫶🏼 The reason 6/13 means so much to me is because it is a direct representation of my journey to the crown. I was crowned on the 6th of August, and it took me 13 tries to win my first ever title. My self-confidence has skyrocketed along this journey, and I have come to appreciate and understand how important it is to one’s achievement of their dreams. Make sure you mark your calendars, along with sharing how you plan to help grow your own confidence! ❤️

Words will never express my undying gratitude for what @nationalamericanmiss has done for me. Walking away as 4th Runner Up in the Nation to @thenammiss title is the cherry on top to end an incredible week filled with friendships and growth. Who’s excited to walk the runway this summer at NAM? 👑🫧 Here’s a little throwback clip from the NAM AR/OK State Pageant! Tomorrow I’m off to the next stop on the NAM Summer Tour, any guesses as to where it is? 🥳

One more month. To say that I am entering my last month as the 2023 Miss Wisconsin is incredibly bittersweet. The dream year I worked tirelessly for over the last decade flying by in the blink of an eye is not at all what I expected, but I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every moment. I’ve spent countless hours planning and executing making the most of this opportunity, and all I can say is I hope I’ve made you proud Wisco 🫶🏼 However, we aren’t done yet!! Here’s to the next month filled with memories, appearances, and making even more miracles happen 💕

While I have been loving every single second of the 2024 NAM State Pageant season, I do have to admit that I’m loving being back home in Wisconsin a little extra right now 💕 This year I have been blessed with so many opportunities to travel, and have spent months away from home. These moments not only have been incredible experiences, but also have taught me how important spending quality time with family and recovering is! I plan on spending the next two days resting and enjoying time with my parents and brother, before gearing up for the next adventure on Thursday. Any guesses as to where I’ll be headed next? 🤔

Day 4 is complete, and the NE/IA/KS/MO/ND/SD State Pageant has concluded with 18 new Senior Division Queens! 👑🫧 I am so unbelievably proud of each girl who competed this weekend, it takes true courage and determination. I had so much fun meeting each contestant, along with helping to crown the new queens and getting them situated. Best of luck to each of our new state queens during their year, and at Nationals! 🫶🏼💕

Day 3 of NAM IA/NE/KS/MO/ND/SD was filled with excitement and dreams coming true! 🫧 I had so much fun today helping out with the junior division final shows, and the senior division formal wear competitions. Each girl has performed phenomenally, and I am so proud of everyone! 🫶🏼 I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I am feeling the exhaustion 😅 Traveling through 11 states in the last 18 days has been eventful, but I wouldn’t trade this opportunity for anything in the world. Let’s finish out day 4 stronger than ever tomorrow! It’s crazy to think that in one month it will be time for the MN/WI State Pageant. For now, I am hanging on to every last moment with this beautiful dream 💕

Day 2 of the IA/NE/KS/MO/ND/SD Pageant! ✨ Today was filled with excitement! I had the chance to emcee the junior division Personal Introduction competition, met the girls vying for the Miss titles, and took my position in the pit to direct the junior divisions formal wear competitions. I am having a blast here, and can’t wait to meet the new junior division queens tomorrow. 💕

We Are Wonderfully Unique Wednesday ✨ Today I wanted to share a little bit more about why ADHD is commonly missed in girls and women, what a few symptoms may look like, and what “masking” is. I believe one of the a main reasons as to why I went undiagnosed for 19 years was because of the societal pressure to mask my symptoms. I felt that I needed to conform to “the norm” and “behave myself” in order to receive approval from others, along with avoiding judgement. This pressure developed multiple insecurities within myself, anxiety, and caused me to become ashamed of who I was. My diagnosis has helped me to understand more about my own feelings, emotions, and behaviors, which has led to the development of confidence in who I am. This feeling of security in myself has allowed me to understand that the only perception of myself that matters is my own. You never know what someone else may be going through, so always treat people with kindness. If you believe that you may be experiencing symptoms of ADHD, please consult your primary care physician, or behavioral health nurse for further guidance and testing.

Corley is one of the most fun people to be around, and I am so grateful for this year with her!
