Because Shark Week is right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to take my family to Discovery Cove to see the sharks and other sea creatures in Orlando.
I forgot i made all my kids watch sharknado 2 , multiple times but hey, but what’s one more time this week to refresh their memory 😃🦈

I brought my family to Universal Studios and it brought back incredible memories of when I wrestled for TNA wrestling. The last time I was here, my older kids Kyra and Kody were really little and now being retired it’s a privilege to show ALL of my kids where it all started for me in TNA. I am proudly at the time in my life to finally be able to ride all the rides with ALL of my kids instead of having to work for the company.
…….and Proud father moment! Our youngest Nikoletta who is 7, rode her first big roller coaster ride with her big sister Kyra. 😃 I am thankful I didn’t miss it!

We are less than a month away from The 2024 Olympics in Paris. I remember the blood, sweat, and tears my team mates and I shared together on the wrestling mat for one goal only. To represent our country proudly.

At the @usaswimming Olympic Trials with my daughter Giuliana in Indianapolis! This little girl is on cloud nine right now (being a swimmer herself)… seeing all her favorite swimmers compete for the Gold like the record breaker @regansmith4 and the legend @katieledecky ……..Tried to remind her a few times during our conversation about her GOAT dad winning a Gold medal with a broken freakin neck but its not phasing her right now since she’s seeing all her role models in action in real life….. yes I’m butt hurt, but I’ll be okay😂🏅👊🏼 Either way it’s been awesome to share this exciting experience with my daughter Gulz.
