What I wore on our upstate NY lake trip - I linked everything from the romper I wore from the plane straight to a winery, a matching pajama set I wore out for the day, and an all white outfit that scream Americana summer! 💙🍷🤍 Comment LAKE & I will send you a DM with the links to these looks. 🫶🏻
As the president of the over-packers committee, here is how I stopped myself from overpacking…
First is planning & trying on every single outfit - shoes, accessories & undergarments included to make sure you love it & are confident and comfortable in your choice.
Second, snap a quick photo of the outfit, while you have it on.
Next is taking the outfit off & immediately putting it in a packing cube, making sure nothing is left behind.
The only packing cubes I can recommend are by @Paravel - I have the quad pack. They have helped this overpacker put week long trips into a carry on.
Third is to take those outfit pictures and copy/paste them into a note in your phone, with a basic daily itinerary. This keeps me organized and not having to think about what I want to wear when I wake up on vacation.
