Happy 8th Birthday to Teddy!!! We’ve been celebrating him all week long & it’s been a busy one! 🥳🤗 He ended up winning the Baseball Championship on Friday with 1st place — GO PIRATES!!! 🏴‍☠️ It was an undefeated season followed by 4 playoff games and earned the #1 team in his division! On top of that, we had his last Spring flag football game, where he scored 2 touchdowns 🏈 He did all this while having 5 hours of basketball camp daily all week! 🏀 what a champ 💪🏻 Family came in town to celebrate and we rode roller coasters and enjoyed the waterpark at Carowinds from sunup to sundown 🎢 and then did water games, bbq, and bounce house in the backyard! It’s been a fun filled week celebrating Teddy 🥰 We love you so much buddy!! You are the sweetest, smartest, most kind, funniest, thoughtful & just all around AWESOME kid!!! 💙 I love being your Mom so much & beyond blessed you’re mine 🫶🏻 Keep shining bright!!

Here are some intentions that I plan to take into the next year… Be intentional with everything. Meditate. Fully unplug more. Move my body 5x per week— yoga, peloton, walks, barre. Pray & read my Bible daily. Sit outside & listen to the birds more. Speak words of life over my kids in the mornings. Paint. Laugh until my belly hurts. More family game nights & puzzles. Keep my boundaries — set new ones if necessary. More date nights. Continue making new friendships. Help give back in my community with volunteering. Always look for the good in people. Stay positive no matter the hardship or season. & remember, every day I wake up, I’ll never get that day again— so make it count 💞 Cheers to another year of life friends & truly living our best life 🥂

This tip can pay off your mortgage 4-6 years early ‼️💴 All you have to do is make 1 extra mortgage payment per year 🏠 When you add up all the interest from those years you paid off early, you’ll see that you’ve saved TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars! 💰🤓 Extra Pro TIP: Throwing in extra money monthly will be more effective ONLY if you specify that the additional money you’re paying is meant to be applied to your PRINCIPAL BALANCE 🏠 Otherwise, the lender could use it to pay down interest for the next scheduled payment 🚫 Since your interest is calculated on your remaining loan balance, making additional principal payments will significantly reduce your interest payments over the life of the loan. By paying more principal each month, you incrementally lower the principal balance and interest charged on it. 🏠💴 Start with a smaller amount— add an extra $75-$100 per month to the principal!
