My look just before dropping water. I can’t stress enough how serious it is to eat the right food at the right time. Me not paying attention ruined my chances of becoming pro. Once I ate this store cooked baked chicken my body reacted fast cause It was not used to it. Could not feel my muscle mind connections at all. I tried to pose and pump up but nothing was working so I got on stage looking flat and smooth as a pancake. It was a lesson learned that I really wish I did not do on the national stage cause it really hurts to be honest. Will continue to train and get ready for the next national show. I want to apologize to the coaches for not taking care of my part…please forgive me.
