In just over a week, eight plucky supporters of Terrence Higgins Trust will be going under the clippers to raise money for our work at the Big Shave Off hosted at @rvtofficial .
Alex explains why he's braving the shave. “This is a cause that I really believe in. The work at Terrence Higgins Trust has been instrumental in fighting stigma and has led to better public knowledge about HIV. And so, I’ve decided that I will be sacrificing my beloved chest hair (scroll to see it!) for the good of the cause. This jungle has never been deforested before!"

⚡️QUIZZIN’ FOR BLUE JEAN! A DAVID BOWIE QUIZ NIGHT HOSTED BY NICHOLAS PEGG at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, London on Wednesday 25 September.
Pit your wits against the author of The Complete David Bowie!
In recent years, NICHOLAS PEGG’s fiendishly tricky David Bowie trivia quizzes have become the stuff of legend at events as far afield as Liverpool, Dublin and New York - and now, for the first time, Nick is bringing a brand new quiz to London, for a full evening of Bowie-themed entertainment at the iconic Royal Vauxhall Tavern.
All proceeds are in aid of the Terrence Higgins Trust, the UK’s leading HIV charity. As well as the quiz there will be a charity raffle of Bowie memorabilia, plus chat and live music from our very special guests, Bowie alumni EVE FERRET (Absolute Beginners, Jazzin’ For Blue Jean) and KEVIN ARMSTRONG (Absolute Beginners, Live Aid, Tin Machine and much more).
Doors open at 7:00pm, and the quizzing begins at 7:45pm.
