GYM HOW TO pt. 2 GETTING YOUR FIRST PULL UP ⭐️
a little birdie told me you’re looking to get your first pull up…well, LOOK NO FURTHER 🤭🕊️
PULL UP TIPS 🫦
1. jump up to get ur chin as close to/above the bar as possible. from there, lower yourself to the ground as SLOW & CONTROLLED as you can! this will help you practice the form & using those muscles in your pull up
2. use resistance bands to do assisted pull ups! make sure you have a loop band, and the thicker the band, the more help it will give. start practicing with the thickest band & work your way to a thinner band as you progress
trust me, YOU WILL GET YOUR PULL UPS 💫 just stay consistent and push yourself a bit more each time!!

I used to always ask myself why? Why me? Why do i have to go through this? Why can’t life just be easy like hers?
My past eating dis0rders, autoimmune diseases, toxic relationships, and other struggles that i used to only see as things that stole from me and took away years of my life.
But now, I’m no longer trying to find out why those things happened to me…
I’m more concerned about using them to work for me and build me into the woman that I’ve been called to be.
Because here’s the kicker about going through hell and difficult times that most people aren’t aware of…
When you ask for a big life with dreams that aren’t average, you need to BECOME the person who can hold them.
You do not build confidence, strength, trust, self belief, tenacity, or courage when life is rainbows and butterflies people.
You build them in the midst of the storms and trials that test everything you have.
So the next time life is hitting you, i want you to remember that it’s not happening TO you.
It’s happening FOR you.
You’re going through that because not only are you capable of handling it, but also because there’s already a version of you that exists that has overcome it and turned it into something that BUILT her rather than destroyed her.
All it takes it a perspective shift and that willingness to keep going.
Use your past and everything you’ve always defeated as evidence that this is no different.
You beat all of those moments.
You can do it again.
And this time, come out even stronger and more powerful than before.
There’s a reason you’re here in this moment right now.

POV: you stuck to the plan. In the beginning of 2024 I made a promise to myself to take leg day more ✨seriously✨. Ive always been an upper body girlie and struggled to get motivated with leg day!
